Registration info and Conditions


Course Information

For further information regarding the courses, please
contact your local Astra Tech representative or

Registration & Confirmation

Registration is made on-line by clicking the register button (requires an e-mail address) If you do not have an email address you can fill out the registration form (which can be downloaded here).

As soon as we have received your registration, we will send you a confirmation. Four weeks prior to the course, you will receive an invitation letter with all relevant information.

Hotel Accommodation

If you would like us to assist you with hotel reservations, please state arrival and departure date when registering.

Transportation between our suggested hotel and the course venue will be arranged during the course.

Methods of Payment

Payment is made by invoice to the invoice address stated when registering. 
Full payment should be submitted in one transaction in order to guarantee your seat, and should be made two months before the course starts.

Please note that Swedish VAT will be added for Swedish participants.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation made at least six weeks before the course starts: 
75% of the course fee will be refunded.
Cancellation made at least four weeks before the course starts: 
50% of the course fee will be refunded.
Cancellation made at least two weeks before the course starts: 
No refund.

Astra Tech AB reserves the right to cancel a course in case of too few participants. The fee will be refunded in full.
