Minimum requirements for Facilitate™
- Pentium III CPU at or above 600 MHz
- Windows 2000/XP
- Citrix servers and Unix systems are not supported
- 256Mb of RAM (1Gb for Windows Vista), 2 Gb of free hard disk space (Assumes cases are deleted daily & only 3 cases scanned per day)
- Non-interlaced 15” CRT monitor
- 64 Mb video card supporting 16-bit color at 1024x768, (GeForce2, Radeon 7500)
- Windows-supported mouse
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or higher
- Mac support: Facilitate™ is supported on the new generation Apple computers i.e. Intel Macs.
In order to run Facilitate™ the computer should be booted in Windows and NOT in Mac OS X

- 128Mb video card supporting 32-bit color and OpenGL or Direct 3D at or above1024x768, (GeForce FX, Radeon 9600)
- Microsoft Intellimouse or equivalent with scrollwheel
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 7
- Internet connection for e-mailing cases to referring clinicians and on-line ordering
