Motivation:  This study is well conducted and very interesting from aesthetic, clinical standpoint for enabling aesthetic abutments also in the premolar and molar regions. It is a large, clinical patient material which has been followed for a long time (5 years). The parameters chosen are good enough for the comparison. Congratulation!
